Introduction
In this work, We establish a novel method called DAmiRLocGNet for predicting the subcellular localization of miRNA based on both graph convolutional networks(GCNs) and autoencoders (AEs).
Experimental results demonstrate that the performance of DAmiRLocGNet achieves outperforms the other state-of-the-art methods, benefitted from the discriminative features extracted by GCNs.
