PHR-search hybird version
Introduction:
- For the web server, the profile link databases constructed lead the in-link for new protein sequences cannot be got. Therefore, a hybird version of PHR-search without double-link strategy is proposed. In the hybrid version of PHR-search, the filtering strtegy is constructed with out-link results and PHR-based similarity features, and the HSP-2LJaccard score is constructed with this filtered 1L results.
