dRHP-PseRA: detecting remote homology proteins using profile-based pseudo protein sequence and rank aggregation |
The benchmark dataset is constructed based on SCOP database and contains 7329 protein sequences from 1824 families and 1070 superfamilies. The similarity between any two sequences is lower than 95%. You can download the dataset here Supplementary Material S1.pdf.
