If you select this method, at most 5 RNA sequences can be predicted for each submission.
Note that the computational cost of iMcRNA-ExPseSSC is more expensive than that of iMcRNA-PseSSC because for each query RNA sequence we need to predict the secondary structures of its 1000 shuffled sequences via running Vienna RNA software in order to calculate the P-value feature.
