iRSpot-EL: identify recombination spots with an ensemble learning approach |
The query sequences are first divided into fixed length sub-sequences, and then iRSpot-EL is performed on them to predict if they are hotspots or coldspots. We call these sub-sequences as sliding windows. The size of sliding windows can be changed by using this parameter.
The iRSpot-EL uses a sliding window approach to scan the query sequences. The step size for each moving can be changed by using this parameter.
