Introduction
In this work, we introduce iLncDA-PT method,
from lncRNA-disease association identification,
further to the application of identified lncRNAs on disease prognosis and treatment.
iLncDA-PT can serve as a useful tool for identifying disease-associated lncRNAs and personalized drug treatment.
